Do I have to provide my credit card number?

You might choose to purchase a PrefabExpo membership instantaneously using your Visa or MasterCard on our secure site at WorldPay, the 5th largest payment provider in the world, or you can pay by check or credit card using our Offline Payment Form. We do not store any financial information about our members, thus your private data cannot be retrieved from PrefabExpo by anyone.

PrefabExpo is an independent information provider. We are not involved in sales, neither are we affiliated with any vendor or manufacturer. Our business is to assist you in finding the most suitable home or building and the most qualified seller.

Does Prefabexpo receives percentage from sales referrals?

Absolutely not. The only funds we receive from vendors and manufacturers are payments for advertising their products and services at our network of PrefabExpo websites.

Why do you need information about my planned building location?

This information enables us to locate those vendors or manufacturers that serve the area where you are planning to locate your future building. Consequently, you’ll receive information and estimates about the buildings which comply with the regulations pertaining to your planned building location, regardless of whether you live thousand of miles away or just around the corner.

Who will receive my Request for Information?

Our system selects the manufacturer or vendor on the basis of the category of buildings they represent and their proximity to your planned location. You will receive email confirmation of your request. Your contact data will remain anonymous to every other party except the vendors responding to your request.

How can I view my Request once I have submitted it?

We do not permanently store submitted requests as part of our protection of private information. Please make a printout of the Request Form upon completion, before you submit it.

How do I receive replies to my Request for Information?

The vendors will reply to you directly. You choose how you wish the vendors to contact you (email, phone, fax or mail) on your Request Form.

Why haven't I received a response from a Vendor yet?

The time it takes for a Vendor to respond depends greatly on the information you provided and the communication channel you have chosen:

- the more detailed and accurate is your information, the easier it will be to put everything together for you,

- to receive information by mail might take more than a week, while to receive the same by fax usually takes a day or two. Consider the phone as the best media if you want your information a.s.a.p.

Please keep in mind that many vendors do not use email for business purposes and are simply incapable of replying to you by this method - please provide them with alternative methods of contacting you.

In order to receive the information you seek, we encourage you to provide as much detail about your desired building as possible. Without a good understanding of what you are seeking, the Vendors may be unable to determine what information they should provide you with.

Will I receive promotional calls or emails?

No. PrefabExpo does not reveal your contact information to any party other than the vendors providing you with the information you request.
